Leasing Activities through the portal & application
Launched on the 13th of October 2018, TAMM application is a one-stop platform providing direct access to all Abu Dhabi Government services. Abu Dhabi citizens, residents, businesses and visitors can apply for services online, interact with their customer service and track the status of the application.
The app provides direct access to a wide range of services, including Housing and property-related services: Buyers, Owners, Landlords, and Tenants.
All the services within the TAMM are provided by government entities like Abu Dhabi Police, Abu Dhabi Municipality, ADDC, AADC, Abu Dhabi Ports, Department of Economic Development, Department of Education and Knowledge, Department of Health, Human Resources Authority and more.

1. Tenants can only also request a Lease Contract Renewal through the app. The service requests take up to 5 minutes to submit and cost AED 50 for renewal requests.
2. Tenants can apply to Cancel a Lease Contract (canceling the valid contract / terminating it before expiry). The service is free of charge, the request may take 6 minutes to submit, and the review and approval is done by ADM (requires ADDC clearance letter from the Tenant).
- Open the TAMM app and log in (UAE Pass login available)
- Scroll to the “My Documents” or “My Locker” sections
- Select “Action Required” and navigate to the requested documents or pending approvals

LANDLORD/OWNER SERVICES
1. Landlords / Owners can request a New Lease Contract. The service requests take up to 5 minutes to submit and cost AED 50 for each new lease contract request.
2. Landlords / Owners can also request a Lease Contract Renewal through the app. Similar to the new lease, the service requests take up to 5 minutes to submit and cost AED 50 for renewal requests.
3. Landlords / Owners can apply to Close a Lease Contract (cancel the expired tenancy contract / no automatic renewal). The service is free of charge, the request may take 6 minutes to submit and the processing is done by ADM (requires ADDC clearance letter from the Tenant).
4. Landlords / Owners can apply to Cancel a Lease Contract (canceling the valid contract / terminating it before expiry). The service is free of charge, the request may take 6 minutes to submit and the review and approval is done by ADM (requires ADDC clearance letter from the Tenant).
*Note: Landlord / Owner must have registered the properties (properties linked to the Owner account) that will be used to request a Lease Service.
