St. Regis
Arguably the most exclusive area to currently reside on Saadiyat, the St. Regis apartments and villas are always in high demand. Their high quality finishings, sea views and close proximity to the hotel ensure these properties do not stay vacant for long. Saadiyat Beach Villas
This thriving community of spacious villas with gardens running along the golf course is the most popular choice for families looking to live on Saadiyat Island. Hidd Al Saadiyat
Possibly the most exciting and highly awaited development is Hidd Al Saadiyat. Expected to be completed at the end of this year, these four to seven bedroom luxury properties are located on one of the most unique, untouched coastal environments in Abu Dhabi stretching the length of Saadiyat’s seven kilometre peninsular. Mamsha Al Saadiyat
Due for completion in 2017, the latest off plan project promises to be a first of its kind as a beachfront residential and retail destination in the heart of the Cultural District. When completed, Mamsha Al Saadiyat will offer a range of one to four bedroom apartments including loft style and townhouses. Prices for the one bedroom apartments start from under AED 2.8 million.
