It all began when two brothers decided to leave behind the predictable — to build something meaningful, lasting and honest. A company founded on integrity, knowledge and genuine care for people.
In 2013, Ben Crompton partnered with Helen Martin, an experienced educator with a deep passion for people and community. Together they founded Crompton Partners Abu Dhabi.
Ben brought his background as a hedge-fund lawyer, ensuring every client interaction was built on clarity and trust. Helen shaped the company's culture around communication, empathy and education.
Today, twelve years on, Crompton Partners stands as one of Abu Dhabi's leading real estate agencies — trusted by homeowners, investors and families alike.
