Crompton’s Q3 2026 Off-Plan Secondary Market Report

Abu Dhabi recorded 825 off-plan transactions across 35 projects in Q3 2026, outperforming the secondary built market. Yas Island led with 228 sales, followed by Al Reem Island with 216. Gardenia Bay was the busiest project, recording 121 transactions. Over the past 12 months, the market recorded 2,616 transactions, representing 9.6% of total stock.
