Palm Hills Development has entered into a partnership with Wave Seven Investment RSC Ltd. to undertake a major project in Abu Dhabi. The venture involves the development of a 1.87 million-square-meter plot located close to Saadiyat Island, a prime area known for its cultural and leisure attractions.

The development will be managed by PHD North Jubail Property Development Company, a fully owned subsidiary of Palm Hills. Positioned near iconic destinations such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Yas Island, and Reem Island, the site offers strategic proximity to some of the UAE capital’s most prominent landmarks.

This initiative marks Palm Hills’ first expansion project outside of Egypt, signaling a new phase of regional growth for the developer.
