Dubai Tram to Link Al Ghadeer to the City

Dubai Tram to Link Al Ghadeer to the City

Al Ghadeer is a little known jewel of a community on the Abu Dhabi Dubai border right by the EXPO 2020 site and Al Maktoum International.

It is an Aldar project of two and three bedroom villas and various low-rise apartments and at the moment the units are giving investors up to 8% return on investment. For a while it has been out there in the wilderness, but no more. Now is the perfect time to buy. Visit our website here.

The Dubai Metro is set to undergo an expansion, which will see the Red Line extended by 15km from the Nakheel Harbour and Tower station to the Expo 2020 site, which is right next to Al Ghadeer.

It is expected that construction should start imminently and be completed on a fixed timeline to serve the anticipated population growth in the run-up to the Expo. The project is expected to be released for tendering next July.

The 15km extension, out of which 11km will be elevated and the rest below ground, will include five elevated and two underground stations and will go through the Discovery Gardens, Furjan, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and the Dubai Investment Park. Once the extension is complete, the journey from the Dubai Marina area to the Expo site will take 16 minutes.

So it seems now is the time to snap one of these units up before prices start to rise. Call Cristy on 050 800 4388 for more information. Some example units:
