Aldar’s Manarat Living III on Saadiyat Island Sells Out in Record Time, Generating 940 Million AED
Aldar has announced the complete sell-out of Manarat Living III, the final installment of its innovative urban living collection on Saadiyat Island. Within just 24 hours, the project achieved 940 million AED in sales, demonstrating Saadiyat Island’s status as the most desirable neighbourhood in Abu Dhabi. The development, featuring distinctive residential options, has attracted significant interest from both local and international buyers.
The sales split shows 28% of buyers were UAE nationals, while expatriates and overseas investors represented 72% of the total buyers. The top international buyers by sales volume were from the UAE, Jordan, China, and the UK.
Remarkably, 65% of buyers were under 45 years old, underscoring the appeal of modern residential offerings for younger buyers. First-time purchasers of Aldar properties comprised 57% of sales, pointing to the brand's increasing popularity among new homeowners and investors alike.
