Abu Dhabi’s First Residential Tower with eVTOL Take-Off Hub

The developer has officially entered the Abu Dhabi market with the launch of ONE Residence on Al Reem Island, marking a notable first for the capital’s residential sector.
ONE Development has unveiled what it describes as the region’s first residential tower designed around a fully integrated vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) ecosystem. The 31-storey waterfront development combines AI-powered living with future-ready mobility solutions, positioning it at the forefront of next-generation urban design.
As reported this week by Entrepreneur.com, the project features dedicated rooftop infrastructure for electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, alongside a drone-based delivery hub—an innovation the developer claims is a global first in residential real estate.
The aerial mobility ecosystem has been developed in partnership with Advanced Mobility Hub, part of Multi Level Group, and operates using VertiHub technology, enabling seamless integration of advanced transport and logistics solutions into everyday living.
The official launch took place on 9 December 2025 at Emirates Palace, attracting investors, industry leaders, and media figures. The event also featured a special appearance by Amr Diab, who serves as ONE Development’s brand ambassador.
ONE Residence represents the company’s debut project in Abu Dhabi, following the earlier launch of Laguna Residence in Dubai, and signals its growing regional ambitions.
Designed to appeal to residents seeking waterfront serenity without sacrificing urban connectivity, the development offers AI-enabled smart home systems, premium communal amenities, and a lifestyle concept tailored to forward-thinking homeowners and investors.
The launch further underlines ONE Development’s broader expansion strategy, with additional projects planned across the UAE and Egypt, as the company establishes its footprint in Abu Dhabi’s rapidly evolving real estate landscape.
