Marina Rise Tower is located in the new development in Abu Dhabi called Reem Island. As per details of MasterPlan, RI development project envisions the development of approximately 800 hectares of land to accommodate a range of residential and commercial uses that will be supported by recreational amenities and community facilities. The prime objective is to ensure development of living community on RI, where people can live, earn, play and have educational and health facilities in the same vicinity.
