Leading UAE property developer, Bloom Holding, has started the handover of homes in Cordoba, marking the first phase of Bloom Living, a master-planned community in Abu Dhabi. The handover process began earlier than the expected delivery date of December 2024, involving 257 residential units.
These include a range of modern three- to six-bedroom standalone villas and two- to three-bedroom townhouses, boasting contemporary designs and high-end amenities. The success of this phase follows its launch in March 2022, where all units were sold within just four hours of release. Inspired by the Mediterranean Spanish style, Bloom Living spans 2.2 million square meters and will ultimately include over 4,500 homes, comprising villas, townhouses, and apartments. This secure, gated community is situated in Zayed City, near Abu Dhabi International Airport.
