- Monthly account statement: You receive your monthly account statement as soon as we start managing your property. You know exactly how much the maintenance work has cost, and how much you have received for your rent.
- Handover: If you are about to receive your property from the developer we do it all for you. We liaise with the developer, make appointments, make payments and do everything we can without needing to be your Power of Attorney. (*If you would like us to be your Power of Attorney we can do that too).
- Marketing your property: We advertise online and promote your property through all agencies in Abu Dhabi to find you a tenant quickly. We do not charge leasing commission to your tenants or to other agents.
- Restore your property: We supervise the painting and maintenance to fix up your property quickly to rent.
- Tenancy Agreement: We find you tenants, prepare a professionally drafted tenancy contract to protect your interests, collect rent cheques and the security deposit.
