Through this collaboration, Aldar is making it even more accessible for new and existing customers to purchase a home in the UAE, starting with Gardenia Bay. A MidChains representative will be present to support customers during the public sales launch which begins on 8 September at Aldar Square.
MidChains is a leading blockchain and cryptocurrency infrastructure company headquartered in the UAE and fully regulated by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority. To purchase an Aldar property using cryptocurrency, customers must meet all criteria set out with regards to property purchase in the UAE.
Customers will be required to open a MidChains account, where they will be able to exchange cryptocurrency to dirhams at a preferential rate. At the time of purchase, a MidChains representative will assist customers with account set-up and navigating the transfer, ensuring a seamless process.
