Marsa Al Jubail will offer 36 luxury villas in a private marina community on the island
Abu Dhabi’s Jubail Island has unveiled a brand new secluded waterfront villa community. Marsa Al Jubail – announced by LEAD Development, on Wednesday, is a high-end marina villa community with 36 houses among the mangrove forests.
Located in Marfaa Al Jubail village, the community features a 65-berth marina surrounded by a promenade and several dining options, walkways, and access to a signature Yacht Club.
The members-only Yacht Club is a dual-story space with an upscale restaurant, seating on the promenade, a member’s lounge, a gym and other amenities.
Marsa Al Jubal has been planned as a small walkable coastal settlement with low-rise and low-impact residences. The 36 villas will comprise of three and four bedrooms, designed in an open plan with sea views and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Mahmoud Dandashly, Chief Business Officer of Lead Development said “We are thrilled to be unveiling our newest waterfront development – Marsa Al Jubail. The new waterfront community will offer residents a boutique, private, and tranquil island setting, unlike anything else in the capital.”

The AED10 billion Jubail Island will be home to six residential village estates between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island.
